  Effettuando un ordine fate un offerta di acquisto di un prodotto ai seguenti termini e condizioni. Tutti gli ordini sono soggetti alla disponibilità e alla conferma del prezzo dell'ordine. 
  I tempi di spedizione possono variare in base alla disponibilità e le eventuali garanzie o previsioni relative ai tempi di consegna sono soggette a eventuali ritardi dovuti al servizio di spedizione utilizzato o a cause di forza maggiore per cui non saremo responsabili. Per favore consultate il nostro avviso sui costi di consegna per ulteriori informazioni. 
  
  Quando effettuate un ordine vi impegnate a garantire che tutti i dettagli che ci fornite sono veri e precisi, che siete utenti autorizzati all’utilizzo della carta di credito o di debito per effettuare l'ordine e che ci sono fondi sufficienti per coprire il costo dei prodotti.   Buoni Regalo

  I buoni regalo sono validi solo per un tempo limitato e il buono deve essere utilizzato entro la data indicata sullo stesso: verificate quando scade il vostro buono. 

  Purtroppo non possiamo assumerci alcuna responsabilità per i buoni regalo rubati o cancellati. 

  Spediremo il vostro buono regalo appena il pagamento verrà confermato o alla data di consegna che avete specificato (se successiva). Purtroppo non possiamo assumerci alcuna responsabilità per qualsiasi ritardo, a prescindere dalla motivazione. 
  
  Se siete voi l'acquirente, vi suggeriamo di verificare l'indirizzo e-mail specificato; è vostra responsabilità farlo e purtroppo non possiamo assumerci alcuna responsabilità se un buono regalo è usato da qualcuno che non sia il destinatario, qualora l'indirizzo e-mail inserito non sia corretto. Inoltre, non possiamo assumerci responsabilità per eventuali buoni regalo persi o usati da qualcuno che non sia il destinatario dopo il loro invio. • Se stai acquistando un buono regalo per fare un regalo, per favore assicurati che l’indirizzo email del destinatario sia corretto – è tua responsabilità farlo, non possiamo essere ritenuti responsabili se il buono regalo verrà usato da qualcuno che non sia il destinatario, se l’indirizzo email non è corretto. CODICI PROMOZIONALI

• Di tanto in tanto, possiamo offrire codici promozionali che possono essere applicati a qualsiasi, o ad alcuni acquisti specifici, effettuati tramite il sito web THEMIS.
• Ogni codice promozionale sarà soggetto a termini e condizioni specifiche indicate al momento del rilascio del codice promozionale (compresa la data scadenza entro cui usare il codice), oltre a quelli menzionati nelle presenti Condizioni di utilizzo.
• Esistono due modi per ricevere un codice promozionale:
• I codici promozionali da utilizzare sul nostro sito THEMIS devono essere utilizzati al momento del pagamento al fine di ottenere uno sconto.
• Ad ogni ordine può essere applicato un solo codice promozionale.
• Non si può applicare un codice promozionale ad un ordine dopo che l’ordine è stato completato.
• Si applica un limite di spesa massima pre-sconto di 500 € per ogni ordine.
• Se un codice promozionale è scaduto, non potrai utilizzarlo.
• Non possiamo essere ritenuti responsabili se una volta fornito un codice promozionale, non essendo obbligati a dover fornire un codice sostitutivo in caso di smarrimento, questo fosse utilizzato da qualcun altro e ciò dovesse tradursi con la cancellazione del codice.
• Se un codice promozionale offerto sul sito THEMIS non funziona correttamente a causa di frodi, manomissioni, errori tecnici o qualsiasi altra cosa che è fuori dal nostro controllo e che riguarda il funzionamento, l'amministrazione, la sicurezza o l'equità del codice promozionale, ci riserviamo il diritto di cancellare, modificare o sospendere il codice promozionale.
• I codici promozionali non sono trasferibili e non possono essere scambiati con denaro. Se ricevi un codice promozionale, questo potrà essere usato solo attraverso il tuo account THEMIS e per lo scopo per il quale è stato emesso. Devi tenerlo al sicuro ed utilizzarlo per effettuare tuoi ordini con THEMIS. Non passare il codice ad altri o rendere il codice disponibile ad altri (ad esempio, la pubblicazione su social media o su un forum). Se reputiamo che al momento dell’acquisto o retrospettivamente stai abusando dell'uso di codici promozionali in qualsiasi modo (per esempio, la loro vendita a terzi), ci riserviamo il diritto di cancellare il codice promozionale o sospendere / chiudere l’account THEMIS senza preavviso.
• Ci riserviamo il diritto di modificare questi Termini e Condizioni in qualsiasi momento.
